As the director of human resources and talent acquisition at History Factory, Michelle leads our HR department and people strategy centering workplace inclusion, equity and representation. She drives the development of strategic foundations that align with our organization’s priorities, ensuring organizational effectiveness. Prior to joining History Factory, Michelle’s professional journey reflected her wealth of expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), recruiting, talent strategies, compensation and HR generalist practices across various industries, including healthcare, financial services, hospitality and tech. She has developed a knack for identifying areas for enhancement and effectively implementing solutions to optimize simplification and scale. Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending pilates class, and traveling.
