Seeking to stoke pride in its history of innovation, Woodward needed a strong anniversary theme, and “Making Our Mark” fit the bill perfectly. Unfortunately, as with many companies that began their anniversary planning in 2019, the pandemic forced the team to pivot—and thus the “Making Our Mark” digital experience was born. Employee-submitted video content, online historical exhibits highlighting the company’s history of resilience and a branded online store kept Woodward’s member morale high and its culture moving forward.
