Going into 2020, Verizon knew it had some major milestones coming, including a CEO change and a 20th anniversary. What the telecommunication giant couldn’t have anticipated was the COVID-19 pandemic that forced it to delay the launch of its in-person exhibit. Determined to share its deep commitment to its new purpose statement and promote institutional knowledge sharing, Verizon adapted. The Verizon Story content originally created for this interactive was adapted for an updatable digital museum that has exceeded benchmarks across all social media platforms.
